The Storybook Cottage educational learning experience is a shared commitment between the dedicated teachers, happy student, and enthusiastic parents with high expectations.

Stories: storytelling is a powerful human art form that teaches children of all ages about the human experience. They bring essential facts of life to light in a meaningful and connected way.

Dramatic Play: creativity and imagination are the mother and father on innovation. Our children role play, pretend and participate in dramatic situations. Your children will learn to connect on a new level with other kids in their class; learning empathy and compassion by playing out fun scenarios.

Sensory Art Project:
We have regular art activities that relate to your child’s senses such as touch, sight, sound, smell, and even taste. They got to explore and create fun works of art that warm your heart, and cover your refrigerator. Painting, drawing, and coloring are just a few of the crafty art project we do on a regular basis.

Exploratory Games:

Nature, sports, science, and engineering are a few of the fun topics that will challenge your child to learn in a fun-loving environment. Creating memorable moments that cater to children with different personalities is our specialty and passion.

Reading time:

Reading changes everything, it is a gift we get to give over and over to the children our Storybook Cottage. New, classic, and timeless books that are fun tales of fiction and even poetry. Carefully picked books that give more life to the little loves’ you hold dear.

Music Time:

For many; music is something they just can’t live without, like the soundtrack to our lives. It is a creative expression your child will enjoy, music helps the body and the mind work together. In early development, music helps children learn the sounds and meanings of words.

Physical Activities:

Clap, crawl, run, skip, and jump! Oh what fun it is to be a Storybook Cottage Kid. These activities will; help your child quickly improve their motor skills in a fun and physical way. This gives them a chance to get the wiggles out and burn off all that extra energy. Through this consistent daily routine, they become balanced and ready for the rest of their day with mommy and daddy.

Play Time:

What does your kid love to do at playtime? Maybe its action figures, dolls, cars, Legos, or playing house. Your child’s daily playtime is part of the social interaction they need in order to learn and develop how to express their feelings, personalities, and passions.
